At The Fresh Chile Company, we take pride in the quality of our New Mexico chile products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your items arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, please follow our simple return process within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate your return or replacement request.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For items damaged during transit, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the affected products to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether the physical product needs to be sent back.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After approval, we will either ship out a fresh replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
