How should I store my chile products after opening?

Once opened, our sauces and salsas should be refrigerated immediately. For the best flavor and quality, we recommend consuming them within 3 to 4 weeks of opening.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to the perishable nature of some of our items and international food regulations, we are unable to ship outside the country at this time.

What is the difference between Red and Green Chile?

Green chile is harvested earlier in the season and offers a bright, pungent flavor. Red chile is the fully ripened version of the same pepper, providing a sweeter, more earthy profile with a deeper heat.

Are your products gluten-free and vegan?

Most of our core chile products are naturally gluten-free and vegan. However, we always recommend checking the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.

How do you handle shipping for glass jars to prevent breakage?

We use custom-designed, eco-friendly protective packaging specifically built for glass containers to ensure your order arrives safely. If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us for a replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
